Fountain Pen Inspired Enamel

I had a chance to play along in the Inspiration Challenge today which took us to Audrie's fountain pen Pinterest board. I fell in love with this beautiful pen, and especially loved the view of the circular top of the pen.

I started by working on a circle piece for my main image. I stamped the flowers in gold and embossed in the same. I then used a white Prismacolor pencil to start the mother of pearl pieces.
I also took a gold glitter pen and gold sharpie to add highlights to the flowers.

I added color over the white and also used the bronze and gold sharpies to add dots to the main piece and also the oval. Both of these have two coats of UTEE on them.
My gold stripes were made with my Gelli plate and textured fun foam. I stamped the pen in gold and embossed in clear.

My base is partially embossed in a script ef and has gold washi at the join with the flat part. I accented this with scoring and gold and copper cords. I embossed the sentiment in Turquoise ep.
